What is Fokasu?
Fokasu is a desktop study planner, focus timer, and distraction blocker. You can plan tasks, track focused time, schedule study routines, and join study clans.
Which operating systems does Fokasu support?
The current desktop downloads are available for Windows and Fedora. Ubuntu support is coming soon.
Can I study with friends?
Yes. Join a study clan to chat, complete quests, and climb the clan leaderboard together. Fokasu also has study rankings and a community for sharing progress.
Can Fokasu block websites and desktop apps?
Yes. Set a focus goal and choose the websites and applications you want to block. Completed todo time counts toward your goal; blocking ends when that goal is met.
Do I need the browser extension?
Website blocking requires the Fokasu browser extension alongside the desktop app. If the extension is missing or disabled during an active Focus Block, Fokasu closes the browser after a grace period, which is 60 seconds by default.
Can I track my study hours?
Yes. Fokasu shows focused time and completed tasks across the week or month so you can see how your study routine is progressing.
Is Fokasu connected to YPT?
No. Fokasu is an independent app and is not affiliated with YPT (Yeolpumta). It is a separate study app, not an official YPT desktop client.
