Send a deletion request
Email fokasu.support@gmail.com with the subject Fokasu account deletion request. Use the button below to open a draft in your email app.
Email a deletion request- Send your request from the email address registered to your Fokasu account, if you can.
- Include your Fokasu username and registered email address so we can identify the account.
- Review the draft and send it. Opening the email app does not submit a request.
Never send your password or verification codes. If you cannot access your registered email, explain this in your request so support can help verify account ownership.
If the button does not open an email app, copy fokasu.support@gmail.com into Gmail or another email service and send your request there. No app installation is required.
Request from the app
In the Fokasu mobile app, open Settings → Delete account to start an email request. Review and send the email to submit it. Uninstalling Fokasu does not delete your account or server data.
What happens next
Fokasu Support handles deletion requests manually. We may need to verify that you own the account before deleting it. Requests are completed within 1–2 weeks (no later than 14 days) after receipt. If account identification or verification needs more information, support will contact you. We will notify you when deletion is complete.
What we delete
Account deletion permanently removes your sign-in credentials, identifying profile details (including your name, username, and email address), and personal content, including task and habit descriptions, tags, and account-linked community and clan text. Your account cannot be restored or used to sign in after deletion.
Statistics we may retain
We may retain anonymized task-completion minutes and daily activity statistics, such as completion counts and focused time, to preserve historical statistics. Before retaining these statistics, we remove links that could associate them with you or your former account. Retained statistics cannot identify you or be linked back to you. These anonymized statistics may be retained indefinitely.
Data retention
We complete deletion of identifying information and personal content, including those in backups and associated support emails, and anonymization of retained statistics within the same 14-day period. Server logs are retained for 7 days. Only the anonymized statistics described above may remain after the deletion process is complete. Read our privacy policy for details.
